Bluff Showgrounds Precinct

The project is for the Bluff Showgrounds and Sports Precinct Urban Development Framework on behalf of Ethekwini Municipality: Urban Design and Landscape Architecture Department.

The project involves defining the extent of the project area, a contextual and spatial assessment, development of a Vision and Philosophy, translating the aforementioned into an overarching design concept and synthesising the outcomes in the format of an Urban Design Framework Plan.
